Right of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

In cooperation with the Holy Spirit, RCIA enables adults to gradually journey toward being baptized as a new Catholic, or for already baptized persons, to journey in faith into full communion with the Catholic Church.

RCIA catechesis (handing on the Gospel) and the prayers, rites, and texts used in the RCIA process are based in Scripture and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. The Gospel-based evangelical process includes liturgical formation, catechetical formation, and fellowship with other Christians in an atmosphere of pastoral concern.

RCIA meets year-round every Sunday morning from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM in classroom 103-B, and on Thursday nights from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM during the months of September-June. Contact Scott Goudeau
